Gear Maker is a 4-axis digital machine tool.The 4 axes
are vertical Zaxis,radial X axis,cutter rotation B axis,part
roation C axis.The machine tool adopts advanced digital
Siemens 840D system,Uesers normally run the processing
program on the computer screen.After inputing gear number,modulus
and spiral angle of your part,the machine tool can finish
the part processing automatically.The operation is vey
simple.If you have special demands,you can set up your
own mathematical model andinput your program into the
system,it can make the part according to your instructions.Besides,the
machine tool has a self-checking system that can show
the problems on the screen and solve the problems quickly
and prceisely.The processed part is fixed and loosed automatically.The
machine tool is beautiful and user-friendly with full-cover
protection.
This machine tool can be used to make straight wheel,bevel
wheel and worm wheel with processing reciseness of level
6(GB1005-88)and surface roughness of less than 1.6.Cutting
speed can reach 125m/min if hard alloy cutters are used.So
its production efficiency is high and it can be used in
lots of industries including instrument production,manufacturing,elcetrical
tool production,small reducer production,motorcycle production
