1、 Cause of failure

1. Rotor and stator insulating paper or slot wedge are rolled together;

2. Bearing wear or foreign matters, such as sand in oil;

3. The stator and rotor iron cores are loose;

4. The bearing is short of oil;

5. Air duct packing or fan cover;

6. Stator and rotor core rub together;

7. The power supply voltage is too high or unbalanced;

8. Stator winding is wrongly connected or short circuited.

2、 Troubleshooting

1. Trim the insulation and cut the slot wedge;

2. Replace or clean the bearing;

3. Maintain stator and rotor iron core;

4. Add oil;

5. Clean the air pipe; Reinstall;

6. Eliminate scratches. If necessary, small rotors in the vehicle;

7. Check and adjust the power supply voltage;

8. Eliminate stator winding faults.
